Payment, refunded and cancellations
Any of my services or design from my Exclusive Gallery can be paid by credit card or Paypal.
An invoice will be sent to the customer once you purchase any of my services or download any of my prints. If you don't receive it in your inbox, please email me to : hola@fromysoul.com

My services can't be refunded or cancelled except in the following scenarios:
The customer could cancel the service if we have developed 50% of the project or less. The customer has to write a document or email to cancel the service at least one week in advance. The customer will be refunded with % of the price he/she has paid in advance..

Privacy & Safety
In the course of providing my Services, I collect or receive your personal information in a few different ways. Often, you choose what information to provide, but sometimes I require certain information for you to use and for me to provide you the Services.
Registration, Delivery Usage: In order to use the Deliveries, you need to provide me with a valid email address, and for Deliveries that require registration, a name associated with your account that you can choose and that represents your identity. You need to provide this information to enable me to provide you with Deliveries. This information may include information such as the hardware model, operating system information, app version, app usage and debugging information, browser information, IP address, and device identifiers.
Location Information: I may collect information about your use of the Services for advertising, analytics, to serve content and to protect the Services, including your IP address, browser information (including referrers), device information (such as iOS IDFA, IDFV for limited non-advertising purposes, Android AAID, and, when enabled by you, location information provided by your device).
Analytics Information: I use data analytics to ensure site functionality and improve the Services. I use mobile analytics software to allow us to understand the functionality of the Web on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the Web, what happens within the Web, aggregated usage, performance data, web errors and debugging information. I do not link the information I store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information that you submit within the mobile.
